JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.27131, 27138, 27142, 27143 and 27149 of 2014 Dated: 20.10.2014 WRIT PETITION No.27131 of 2014 Between:
D.S.S. Prasad .. Petitioner and The Government of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Principal Secretary, Civil Supplies Department, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Hyderabad and others.
.. Respondents Counsel for the Petitioners: Mr. K.V. Raghuveer Counsel for the respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
In these writ petitions, the grievance of the petitioners, who are kerosene retail hawkers, is that though they have been granted licences as nominated retailers for exclusively dealing in kerosene, the respondents have been allotting only a part of kerosene quantities to them and allotting substantial quantities of kerosene to regular fair price shop dealers.
After arguing the case, Mr. K.V. Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon realizing that his clients have not ventilated their grievance before the Collector (Civil Supplies), who is the administrative head of the district insofar as the distribution and supply of kerosene is concerned, submitted that his clients will be satisfied for the present if the Collector (Civil Supplies), Krishna District, considers the representation that may be made by them and takes appropriate decision thereon.
In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of, without adjudicating on merits, with liberty to the petitioners to make a detailed representation to the Collector (Civil Supplies), Krishna District. If such representation is made, the Collector (Civil Supplies) shall consider the same objectively, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioners within two months from the date of receipt of such representation.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.33919, 33926, 33930, 33931 and 33943 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
