ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to conduct elections to the TNGOs Employees Unit of Nirmal, Adilabad on 10.09.2014 as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri A.Jagan, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that after filing of the writ petition, elections have been held.
In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such with liberty to the petitioners to raise an election dispute according to law, if they feel aggrieved by the result of the election.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.33082 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
