… Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to make clear his views and to cross-examine in a right direction by not posing repeated questions to the petitioner herein which have already posed in earlier M.C.No.379/1998 and other connected cases and also to seek mandamus directing the Hon’ble 5th Additional Family Court, Bengaluru to take up the said two suits in preferential manner and dispose the same as early as possible considering the serious health issues of the petitioner herein.
