Sri P.R.K. Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move an appropriate Criminal Petition, as moved by accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crl.P.No.15085 of 2014.
Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
