ORDER Mr.R.P.Somashekharaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.A.R.Vivek, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the parties, the same is heard finally.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy of Arbitration as provided under the agreement executed between the parties. Needless to state the in case the petitioner files an application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1995 the same shall be dealt with expeditiously by the Tribunal.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
