ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the Notice No.A/1778/2013, dated 11-12-2013 served to the petitioner on 16-12-2013, issued by the 3rd respondent directing the petitioner to vacate the land admeasuring 250 sq. meters in premises No.12-8-
239 to 252 (TS No.2, Ward No.124, Block No.D), Mettuguda, Malkajgiri village, Secunderabad without issuing any show-cause-notice and without hearing the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and rights guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, also against the law declared by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and also this High Court …”
On 20-12-2013, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the case.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.46631/2013 filed for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
