D. Narayana Rao PETITIONER AND Government of India Department of Space, Civil Engineering Division, Sriharikota Range, Nellore District, rep. by its Chief Construction Engineer.
RESPONDENT ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
