There was no representation for the petitioners or their counsel on 28.08.2014 inspite of the matter being passed over. The matter was accordingly directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
Today, though the matter appears under the said caption and was called and passed over in the pre-lunch session, there is no representation when the matter is taken up for hearing during the afternoon session.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
