COMMON ORDER The present criminal original petitions have been filed to transfer STR Nos.613 and 638 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, Villupuram District to be tried along with C.C.No.191 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, Villupuram District.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in these petitions has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, both the criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
