rpl O R D E R Even though the order of this Court dated 11.10.2013 has been complied with by passing an order on 10.06.2017 by the third respondent, the fruits of the order should be enjoyed by the petitioner. Therefore, post the matter after 4 weeks, to see the progress of implementation of the order passed by the third respondent.
2. The respondents are directed to comply with the third respondent's order on or before 18.07.2017. With the above direction this contempt petition is closed.
3. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the third respondent's order is not complied with.
