2. The grievance of the petitioner as ventilated in the present writ petition was already examined by this court in W.P.No.2471 of 2014. When the said writ petition was disposed on 05.02.2014, this court had directed in the said order as follows:
“Therefore, I direct the Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal Police Station, Hyderabad to examine the feasibility of collecting the evidence, which the petitioner suggests and make it available for the criminal Court concerned to take the same into account and consideration.”
3. In view of that, no further direction is called for. Petitioner is permitted to bring the aforesaid direction to the notice of the criminal court concerned.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
