HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 15851 of 2014 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta) The short grievance of the petitioner is that before declaring him as a willful defaulter, the 2nd respondent- Bank should give an opportunity of personal hearing and also supply the relevant records to him as to how he is a willful defaulter.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the 2nd respondent has no objection in giving personal hearing to the petitioner.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to give personal hearing to the petitioner after furnishing the relevant records and thereafter pass appropriate orders. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
