Sri Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel representing Sri A.K. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the matter has been settled out of Court.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not survive for consideration and is accordingly closed. Interim order dated 21.04.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
