Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus.
We have seen the averments and statements made in the writ petition. It appears that it is not a detention by anyone else. It is a case of missing. Accordingly, an F.I.R. has been lodged. In the counter affidavit, such fact has been stated.
We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised, if not already done.
