THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 25711 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition, as alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under the statute. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file regular appeal before the appellate authority with an application for condonation of delay, if there be any. The appellate authority shall take note of the pendency of this matter before us and exclude the said period while computing the period for limitation.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
