O.S. No. 153 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif, Sriperambudur within a time frame that may be specified by this Court, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R
This revision is filed seeking to issue appropriate direction for early disposal of O.S. No. 153 of 2015 pending on the file of District Munsif, Sriperambudur within a time frame, specified by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S. No. 248 of 2012 was filed by the petitioner, before the Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee, for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession of the suit schedule property. Against the order of dismissal dated 04.01.2013, an appeal suit was filed in A.S. No. 41 of 2013, by the petitioner. The Appellate Court allowed the appeal suit and remanded the matter to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperambudur, to decide the issue afresh. The said suit was re- numbered as O.S. No. 153 of 2015 and issues were framed on 21.07.2016. Pending suit, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application in I.A. No. 96 of 2017 and subsequently I.A. No. 622 of 2017, for receiving additional documents. The said application is also pending. At this stage, the present Revision petition is filed, for the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the fact that suit is of the year 2012 and issues have been framed in the said suit, the trial court is directed to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications filed by the petitioner in I.A. Nos. 96/ 2017 and 662 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the court below is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S. No. 153 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No order as to costs.
