When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and the case has been closed by the respondent as mistake of fact on 04.12.2014 and the referred charge sheet has also been served on the petitioner.
3. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to file the referred charge sheet before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
