ORDER:
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has received instructions and submits that the boy and girl are with their parents respectively and that appropriate receipt is already taken by the Station House Officer from the respective parents on 10.12.2014.
It is stated that permission was sought from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Santoshnagar Division to refer to the complaint of the petitioner as ‘Action Dropped’ and accordingly, FIR.No.170 of 2014 was closed vide permission dated 31.10.2014.
The aforesaid case was closed as ‘Action Dropped’.
2. The girl missing is already restored with the mother/petitioner herein and the girl and the mother are present in the Court along with their counsel. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner, in this writ petition, also does not survive.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
