The grievance of the petitioner is that an industrial plot has been allotted to the petitioner by the respondents vide order dated 13th October, 2005 but the possession has not been handed over to the petitioner without any justifying reason.
For the redressal of his grievance the petitioner made a representation dated 28.11.2018 before the third respondent.
Having due regard to the facts of the case, we are of the view that a direction be issued upon second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of communication of the order.
It is made clear that we have not expressed our opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned shall consider the matter and pass orders expeditiously, in accordance with law.
