ORDER The petitioners herein were the members of the Managing Committee of 5th respondent – Society and with reference to certain irregularities said to have committed by them while functioning as Directors of said Society, an inquiry was ordered against them under Section 64 of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, wherein the charges leveled against them were proved and thereafter, proceedings were initiated by the Society under Section 69 of the Act. It is stated that as against said proceedings initiated under Section 69 of the Act, an appeal is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. In that view of the matter, these writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
2. The submission of the learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
