2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in CC No.335 of 2014, out of 10 witnesses, five witnesses were already examined and the trial is going on day today basis in respect of the remaining witnesses.
3. Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam to complete the trial and dispose of the case in CC No.335 of 2014 pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
