On 11.3.2008, this Court has passed following order :
1.Heard learned advocate Mr. PS Gogia on behalf of petitioner, learned AGP Mr. KJ Dwivedi appearing for respondent state authority.
2. Considering the submissions made by both the learned advocates. The question involved in this present petition would require detailed examination. Hence, Rule.
3. Learned AGP Mr. Dwivedi appearing for respondent state authority submitted after receiving instruction from concerned officer, who is present before this Court that matter is referred to the Contract Labour Advisory Board by the State Government in respect to all the five industries, those who are concerned and matter is pending before the Contract Labour Advisory Board for its decision.
4.Therefore, as and when, the Contract Labour Advisory Board will decide or submit the report to State Government, then same may be placed on record before this Court.
Respondent No.3 is directed to comply with the said order otherwise the respondent No.2 will present before this Court on next date of hearing. The mater to come up on 7.1.2013. The copy of the order be given to the learned AGP Mr. Patel.
