ORDER:
This Second Appeal arises out of Judgment and decree dated 11-10-2013 in A.S.No.187 of 2011 on the file of the learned X Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, Sri K. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, stated that as his client has been evicted from the suit schedule property, the Second Appeal has become infructuous.
In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Second Appeal, SAMP No.187 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
