We have heard Sri K.K.Arora, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Abhishek Srivastava holding brief of Sri Apoorva Hajela, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.
In substance, the petitioners appear to be aggrieved by non- disposal of their application dated 15.1.2018 made before the respondent no. 2. for deleting their names from Specific Approval List (in short 'S.A.L').
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that neither the petitioners nor the respondent no. 3 are defaulter and there is loan due to the petitioners, even then their names have been included in S.A.L.
Without expressing any opinion on merit, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate order on the application of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order of this Court, after hearing all concerned.
It may be clarified that we have neither addressed ourselves on the maintainability of the petitioners' application nor its merit. The authority concerned is free to pass an independent order in accordance with law on its own merit.
