2. P.Eswari .. Respondents PRAYER : The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct to hear and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.240 of 2016 on the file of Sub Judge, Kallakurichi within the time as stipulated by this Court.
For Petitioner : Mr.R.Agilesh O R D E R According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.240 of 2016 before the Sub-Court, Kallakurichi for recovery of money. In the aforesaid suit written statement has been filed by the defendant and issues have been framed and the suit is taken up for trial on 18.12.2017. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first respondent/defendant is going to retire from service within a few months. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court for the above said prayer.

By considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without considering on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.240 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
