This contempt of court case is filed alleging that the respondents herein have willfully disobeyed Annexure-A1 interim order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3909 of 2012. By that order this Court directed the respondents herein to ensure that Ext.P4 stop memo issued by the Village Officer, Kidangoor Village on 17.12.2011 and Ext.P6 notice issued by the Secretary, Kidangoor Grama Panchayat on 14.12.2011 are enforced. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the contempt case was filed the direction issued by this Court in Annexure-1 interim order was complied with. The affidavit dated 2.4.2014 sworn to by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pala who is the second respondent in the contempt case and the affidavit dated 29.3.2014 sworn to by the sixth respondent who is the Contempt Case (C).No.232 of 2014 2 Secretary of Kidangoor Grama Panchayat disclose that Annexure-
1 interim order passed by this Court has been complied with.
Such being the situation I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
