JUDGMENT / ORDER

The dispute is essentially between the Revision Petitioner and the first respondent and the second respondent is only a formal party. A compromise has been entered into between the petitioner and the first respondent. The terms thereof are explicit from the joint petition filed in I.A. No. 3090/2014. The petitioner has received a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) from the first respondent and has no further claim.
The Civil Revision Petition is hence disposed of in terms of the compromise.
