JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached the second respondent for renewal of Explosive Licence. Ext.P3 is the acknowledgment of Ext.P2 application for renewal of licence. Ext.P4 is the notice issued by the first respondent to the petitioner. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in finalization of the proceedings for renewal.
Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to finalise the proceedings for renewal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
