JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the Criminal Miscellaneous Case came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, since final report has already been filed and that was taken by the learned Magistrate on file, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move for a discharge before the concerned court and to take all contentions raised by him in this petition. The above submission of the counsel for the petitioner is recorded and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. Sd/-
