Learned counsel appearing for appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as he intends to pursue the appeal pending before the Government. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed. It is needless to say that no benefit would flow to the appellant from the interim order passed by this Court during the pendency of this writ appeal.
