C.Velusamy vs Mr.Arumugam

Madras High Court|01 March, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the contempt petition was taken up, Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel for the respondent requested this Court to give some more breathing time to disburse the service benefits to the petitioner, i.e., to commence the first instalment from the month of April, 2017.
2. But this Court is not inclined to grant such a long time and the respondent is directed to comply with the direction issued by the Hon'ble First Bench to settle the entire terminal benefits through twelve equal instalments, commencing the first instalment from the first week of March, 2017, without any default. With this observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
