JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and the petitioner himself has retired from service. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
