ORDER:
This writ petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in levying fuel surcharge adjustment charges, purportedly on the ground that the same is contrary to the interim order of the Supreme Court.
At the hearing, Mr. S.V. Ramana, learned counsel representing Mr. O. Manohar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, submitted that similar writ petitions were dismissed by this Court, with liberty to the petitioners therein to approach the Supreme Court. This submission is not disputed by Mr. M.V.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of dismissal of similar writ petitions, this writ petition is also dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before the Supreme Court.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.31147 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
