JUDGMENT / ORDER

The respondent died long back. Even though sufficient time was given to the petitioner to file application to implead the Legal Representatives, no such action was taken by him. Since the respondent died, the appeal against him abates. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
