JUDGMENT / ORDER

Contempt Petitions Prayer in Cont.P(MD)No.292 of 2015: Contempt Petition filed under Article 11 of Contempt of Courts Act,1971, praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14991 of 2012, dated 27.03.2014 and for having committed the Contempt of Court.
Prayer in Cont.P(MD)No.293 of 2015:: Contempt Petition filed under Article 11 of Contempt of Courts Act,1971, praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.971 of 2013, dated 27.03.2014 and for having committed the Contempt of Court.
Prayer in Cont.P(MD)No.294 of 2015:: Contempt Petition filed under Article 11 of Contempt of Courts Act,1971, praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.972 of 2013, dated 27.03.2014 and for having committed the Contempt of Court.
Prayer in Cont.P(MD)No.295 of 2015:: Contempt Petition filed under Article 11 of Contempt of Courts Act,1971, praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1145 of 2013, dated 27.03.2014 and for having committed the Contempt of Court.
There is no representation for the Petitioners.
2.However, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that as against the orders passed in the above Writ Petitions, Writ Appeals have been filed and out of which, two Writ Appeals were numbered in W.A(MD)Nos.1625 and 1626 of 2016 and other two Writ Appeals are in SR stage. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the Writ Petitioners have appeared in the Writ Appeals and sought time to file their counter.
3.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, all these Contempt Petitions are closed, however, with liberty to the Petitioners to revive the same, in the event of their success in the Writ Appeals.
