The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to issue granted regular permit on the route Kakkodi Panchayath-Annassery-Anappara-Ulliyeri in respect of vehicle bearing No.KL-10/L 8806, with proposed timings as per D3 Circular. 2. Having heard both sides, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue the Ext.P1 granted regular permit on the aforesaid route in respect of vehicle bearing No.KL-10/L 8806, as expeditiously as possible, after settlement of timings. If timings are not settled within two months from today, the permit shall be issued with the proposed timings within two weeks thereafter, subject to finalization of timings.
