Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.245 of 2014 of the Cheemeni Police station for offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 341, 326 and 308 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, is in custody from 28.05.2014 and seeks bail. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that on 25.05.2014 at about 9.30 p.m., over a dispute regarding construction of the symmetry for the community, the petitioner and others attacked the defacto complainant and others. The petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant with iron rod and caused fracture of his left leg. It is submitted that the petitioner is involved in three other cases.
3. Learned counsel submitted that the Police released the petitioner on bail in other cases registered Bail Appl. No.4280 of 2014 2 against him.
4. On hearing both sides, it is revealed that investigation of the case is not completed. Hence, request for bail cannot be allowed at this stage.
The application is dismissed.
