Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/contemnors have stated that the order of this Court dated 01.09.2016, made in W.P.(MD).No.16117 of 2016, has been complied with by the respondents in letter and spirit and learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings of the fourth respondent namely the District Educational Officer, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District in e.f.vz;.4644/M3/2016 dated 15.02.2017.
2.Recording the statement of both sides and taking into account the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 15.02.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
