The question falling for consideration in these cases is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P(C). No. 23377/2014 rendered on 16.10.2014. The variation in facts, if any, in the present cases is not substantial so as to render the principle of law decided in W.P(C).No.23377/2014 inapplicable. Accordingly, following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, these cases are also disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, in these cases shall stand closed.
