JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled before the lower Court and hence the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
