JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this petition without either averring or producing any material from record to show his status in the second respondent, though the learned counsel for the petitioner claims that he is a delegate.
2.Be that as it may, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent states that the Board has already proposed the appointment of a Director and the said proposal has been sent to the Central Government and the final decision of the Central Government is awaited.
3.We, thus, take the aforesaid statement on record and the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
