JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus forbearing the respondents to interfering and creating any trouble to the operation of the petitioner's Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN 59N 0114 on the route Kilapalayam, Kalamarudur, Paramanatham and P.Killanurorathur a distance of 6.6 km on unserved sector.
2. Though the prayer sought for in this writ petition is to prevent the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's operation of mini bus in respect of an unserved sector, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted, suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.
3. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the said representation of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
