JUDGMENT / ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the relief sought for in the writ petition has already been negatived by the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.10036 to 10046 and 10053 of 2007 dated 16.07.2010.
2. In view of this, this writ petition is also dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
