JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter was taking up for hearing, learned Additional Solicitor General has produced the certified copies of the documents obtained from the Ministry of Labour and Employment along with the No Due Certificate. Since the original documents have been lost by the Department, the certified copies of the same were produced. This Court makes it clear that the department has only lost the documents while they were in their custody and hence, they issued the certified copies for the same.

Document No.1375/95 Sale Deed Document No.1025/00 --Copy of Mortgage Deed No Due Certificate in Original
3. It is further stated by the learned Additional Solicitor General that already Original Re-conveyance Deed had been handed over to the petitioner and the petitioner also acknowledges the same on 19.01.2017.
4.As stated above, the certified copies of the aforesaid documents had been handed over to the petitioner counsel in person in Court today and the learned counsel for the petitioner had also endorsed the same. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
