When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the competent authority has already passed an order invoking the power under Rule 67B of the Abkari Rules. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he has to pursue with the remedies available under law. In such circumstances, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the said order passed in the matter of confiscation of the petitioner's vehicle bearing No.KL-49-D/971 alleging involvement in C.R.No.19/2014 of Excise Range, Alathur, in accordance with law, this writ petition is closed.
