The revision is directed against an order passed by the learned Rent Controller under section 11(4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, directing the tenant to pay the then existing arrears of Rs.1,29,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty nine thousand only) and the subsequent rents. Against the said order, the PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn above revision has been filed, which is not maintainable, as only an appeal before the Appellate Authority should have been filed. Hence, the Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
