Challenging the return made by the Principal District Munsif Court, Puducherry, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. The Registry of the trial Court returned the unnumbered suit in OS.CFR.No.19046 of 2016 filed by the revision petitioner raising query with regard to the maintainability of the suit. The plaintiff re-presented the papers making necessary endorsement.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/plaintiff was not given an opportunity to make her submission before the trial Court with regard to maintainability of the suit.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I give liberty to the petitioner to make her submission with regard to the maintainability of the suit before the Principal District Munsif, Puducherry. The petitioner shall make her submission with regard to the maintainability of the suit before the trial Court, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
