JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to transfer the case in Crime bearing No.2091 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent to second respondent for alter the section as 406, 420, 506(i) of Indian Penal Code and Section 76 of the Chit Fund Act, 1982 instead of 406, 420 Indian Penal Code and also to conduct the investigation in an effective manner and also to file the final report within time frame.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has not filed the charge sheet in time and has been keeping the investigation pending from 2015 onwards.
3. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that if a period of four weeks is granted they would complete the investigation and file the required charge sheet. In view of the same it would be appropriate to direct the third respondent to file the charge sheet within such time limit.
5. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.2091 of 2015 and file the final report / charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
