In view of the limited prayer, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for CCB/CBCID, Allikulam, Chennai to assign new number to the petitioner's case in CMP.No.84 of 2016 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and to complete the trial, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
