This petition is filed to transfer the M.C.No.13 of 2009 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri to Family Court, Salem.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case sought to be transmitted itself was disposed of and hence the petition has become infructuous.
